An integral ingredient of our trusted & reliable Chimney cake / Trdelnik recipe, is our Kürtőskalács bakery mix. We offer three different variants.

R1 Kurtos mix is a CONCENTRATE mix. For every 250g of R1 mix, you add 1000g of your own locally sourced flour.

R2 Kurtos mix is a COMPLETE mix. It is the same as R1 except that you do not have to add any additional flour. This mix is ideal for vendors who are looking for convenience of not having to source their own flour or which are unable to source a good quality flour which is suitable to make dough for this type of product.

R4 Kurtos mix is a COMPLETE mix. It’s the same as R2, in that you do not have to add any additional flour, except instead of containing cows milk powder, it contains coconut milk powder. Therefore, no ingredients are derived from animals, making it suitable for a vegan and vegetarian diet.

None of our Kurtos kalacs bakery mixes contain eggs.

All of our Chimney cake mixes are GMO free.

All ingredients used in our Chimney cake mixes originate inside the European Union, except for coconut milk powder, which is labelled as organic and originates from Thailand.

Chimney cake bakery mixes are registered with the American FDA, therefore we are able to export to the United States of America.

Some countries require a Food health certificate, which our local authority is able to provide on request at an additional cost.
