The ELECTRIC OVEN 8 ECO DIGITAL is a single-phase machine.
It is often purchased by vendors who are establishing a business inside a shopping mall, café, coffee shop or ice cream parlour.
Inside the oven are two vertical heating elements. Four Kurtoskalacs can be baked at each side of the element, (so eight pieces in total).
A digital thermostat comes as standard, allowing the user to control the temperature. Temperature control is especially important to vendors who wish to make different size products & both the sweet & savoury version, as different temperatures are required.
Heat rises, therefore, if you want to bake eight pieces in one bake, we suggest that you start the bake at the lower part of the oven. When you see the dough turning brown, you move from the lowest part of the oven to the top part where its hotter, where the sugar will melt quicker. If you only want to bake up to four pieces in one bake, you can bake from start to finish in the middle part of the oven, without having to move around during the baking process.
A stainless-steel dividing plate is supplied with the oven, this enables you to split the oven into two separate compartments.
The power switch located on the side of the oven can be turned to position 1, to turn on one heating element (top one) or position 2 to turn on both heating elements (top & bottom element).
Eight individual motors are located at the back of the oven. Each motor turns a cooking rolls around automatically next to the heating element, resulting in an even bake.
There is a stainless-steel frame door, with a glass window at each side of the oven which enables you to see how the baking is progressing. Special heat reflective glass has been installed in this oven, which reduces the outer door temperature & creates greater cooking efficiency through heat containment.
Each door is opened by a heat resistant bakerite knob, positioned at the bottom of each door.
Ideally, the Electric oven 8 ECO digital Chimney cake baking machine should be plugged directly into a reliable mains electricity supply & not powered via a generator or long extension cord. An inadequate power source could result in the oven not getting hot enough, meaning that the bake would take too long & the sugar would not melt enough to allow the topping to stick.
