The CHARCOAL GRILL 8 is a single-phase machine.
It is often purchased by mobile vendors who want to make the product in the traditional way at farmers markets, festivals & events.
The charcoal chimney cake grill comprises of a painted iron frame, with stainless steel side plates. Four legs are fitted to the iron frame for stability. Inside the frame sits an ash collector, then above that sits an iron plate holder, with a perforated plate sitting inside of that. Charcoal is placed onto the perforated iron plate & lit, then left to die down before baking. Ash from the burning charcoal drops down onto the ash collecting tray, which can be removed and emptied during operation.
Supplied with the charcoal grill is a stainless-steel rod & lifting tool which is used to adjust the height of the grill plate holder, moving the burning charcoal closer to the cooking roll / Kurtoskalacs.
An Electrical motor box is supplied with the charcoal kurtoskalacs grill, which fixes to the back of the grill. Inside the motor box are eight individual motors which turns the cooking rolls around automatically, above the burning charcoal.
The electrical consumption of the charcoal grill motor box is low. To power the motor box, you can plug directly into the mains electricity, power it by a generator or run it through an invertor & connect to a 12-volt battery
