Really friendly ! Supportive ! Its more than u are buying a chimney cake oven its about joining their family, they are here whenever u need them! I had a really smooth experience when buying the oven really had no trouble and the oven came in a really good shape! About the training it was really fun! I had a lot of fun with Louise and Mathieus they are really friendly and they helped a lot , they were doing their best with me to ensure that i have a really good chimney cake which i can sell it!
